To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we’ve partnered with Australia Post for all parcel shipments. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible. During busy times such as sales, holidays or peak seasons, processing times might be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for Metro area. Express shipping usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days. If you're just outside of the larger city or in a regional area, it might take a couple days longer.

If you have not received your Henlo order with 10 business days after receive your dispatch confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.

Henlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered to your provided shipping address. If you have concerns, please contact us for assistance.

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number to stay updated on your package's journey. You can use the tracking number to check your package's status here.

Sometimes tracking can be a bit tricky, but don't worry – if you run into any issues or just need a bit of help, our friendly customer service team is always ready to assist.

Please note that bulky items cannot be delivered to parcel locker or PO Boxes and must be shipped to a physical address.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait to receive the order and then follow our returns process.

We offer worldwide shipping to most of the countries including North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
