Staring for a Return or Exchange? Follow these three simple steps!

Step 1: Check your eligibility

  • You may return items that are the incorrect size for exchange to a different size.
  • You may return a faulty item for a refund or replacement.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Step 2: It is important to note

  • We have a 7-days return policy, starting from the date you received your items. Which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving your items.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, which means it should be unworn, unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.
  • For wearable apparels please ensure that any pet hairs or stains are removed prior to returning, as we may charge a cleaning fee to restore the item to a resaleable condition.
  • Shipping fees are at cost of the buyer and is non-refundable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning is not an excluded product.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the stock. We cannot guarantee that the requested items will be in stock.
