We hope you and your furry friend love everything from Henlo! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order. A 15% restocking fee applies to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Free of pet hair, stains or odours.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shipping fees.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or for the following items:

  • Balms, grooming products, foods, treats, and personal care items.
  • Towels, wipes, earrings, and hats.

All items discounted by 30% or more and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

If the sizing isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you exchange the item for the correct size. We offer store credit once your returned product passes inspection. This credit can be used toward your next purchase.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges, including sending the original item back to us and shipping the replacement item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’ve received an item that’s faulty or defective, please let us know right away!

  • Contact us with clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • We’ll guide you through the process and offer either a full refund or a replacement

Processing Time

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive your items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Store credits are sent via email for your next Henlo adventure.

We handle refunds and credits on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best outcome for our customers.

A few things to keep in mind

We take extra care to document all outgoing items to ensure they leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

Items that are intentionally damaged or misused won’t be eligible for returns or exchanges.

We cannot offer price adjustments if an item you purchased goes on sale after your order.
