Staring for a Return or Exchange? Follow these three simple steps!
Step 1: Check your eligibility
- You may return items that are the incorrect size for exchange to a different size.
- You may return a faulty item for a refund or replacement.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Step 2: It is important to note
- We have a 7-days return policy, starting from the date you received your items. Which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving your items.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, which means it should be unworn, unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.
- Items that are purchased on sale (including the use of discount codes) are for exchange or store credit only.
- Items that are discounted 30% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For wearable apparel, please ensure that any pet hair or stains are removed prior to returning the item. We may charge a cleaning fee to restore the item to a resalable condition
- Shipping fees are at cost of the buyer and is non-refundable.
- Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning is not an excluded product.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the stock. We cannot guarantee that the requested items will be in stock.
